When you book both photo and video, I bring along a trusted filmmaker. They're trained in my style—documentary, editorial, and candid—so their work and attitude meshes with mine. Every BKP Team member is up to my very high standards. 

Your main focus is always with me, and my associates work quietly but confidently to support my creative direction. For notable key moments, like your first look or first kiss, I am capturing photo while a BKP team captures vintage video of the same moment. I am capturing hybrid photo and video alongside my team all day.  We work in sync to make sure nothing is missed. 

I tailor my films to reflect your unique story and priorities. Typically, I capture key moments such as the ceremony, vows, speeches, and candid interactions. During our phone call, we discuss your vision and what matters most to you. If you have specific requests or moments that are particularly important to you, let's discuss them, and I'll work with you to make sure your vision comes to life.

Yes! With the Extended Cut, you’ll get every roll of Super 8 in its traditional silent form (fully processed, scanned, and polished with my signature color grade) alongside your feature edit in your digital gallery. 

I call it the Home Movie Effect. There’s something about pressing record on a chunky tape camera that makes people loosen up. It’s nostalgic, familiar, and weirdly disarming. This isn’t a production—it’s a party. Your crew gets to be real, and I get to catch every second. It’s personal, participatory, and profoundly yours.

The real deal home movie is a full-length film (20-25 minutes) will be ready 5-8 months after your wedding. The process includes sending your film to a specialty motion picture lab for development and digitization, which usually takes about 2 months. Then your home movie goes through meticulous editing to ensure a custom, unique final video.

Super 8 is traditionally a silent film format, so it doesn’t capture audio. To enhance your wedding film, I use modern equipment to record digital audio throughout the day—like mic'ing you up for your ceremony, first look, or private vows. These emotional moments, spoken words, and ambient sounds are seamlessly woven into your home movie, creating a more immersive and meaningful story.

Sound design is half my art. You share your music tastes with me in a questionnaire and I note what’s playing at your celebration. From there,  I hand-pick licensed tracks from my licensed music library that matches your vibe. 

Film inherently carries a few risks. Until your negatives are properly developed they are sensitive to light and x-ray waves. I take extra precautions by entrusting your footage only the most trusted motion picture labs, professionally servicing my equipment, and always having a backup Super 8 camera on hand. Your trust is an honor I don't take lightly. Your memories are my priority.
